MEETING NOTICE

The Annual Meeting and Election of Directors will be held Monday, February 6, 2012 at 10:00 am in the Miles Grant Country Club clubhouse.

The meeting Notice is available below. Please read the entire Notice carefully. Unlike most Florida Corporations you may be familiar with, the condominium's Ballot and Proxy are separate documents and must be completed and returned separately. They cannot be returned in the same envelope.

The Notice includes instructions for returning the Ballot and Proxy along with the Meeting Agenda, biographical information on several candidates for the Board and the Directory Authorization Form.
