- 27 Silk Oak trees removed from property
- Additional yard lights installed by maintenance man Don Miller
- Pool building floor changed from Chattahootchie to tile
- Pool shower enclosed with glass blocks
- New maintenance building built
- Masonry wall built parallel to Cove Road
- Wooden ID Sign at main entrance replaced with masonry one to match west entrance
- Rip Rap installed around lake
- Wooden trash enclosure doors replaced with lighter plastic material
- Wooden deck at pool next to lake removed and cool seal installed
- Chackais plants installed at covered parking areas
- Park area with benches built next to tennis courts
- Flag pole installed in front of pool building
- Berm with plantings installed parallel to Cove Road
- Tree removed in front of building one
- Trash enclosure for buildings 4 and 5 enlarged for recycle containers
- Canary Island Date Palm trees at entrance and circle removed
- Royal Palm Trees installed in circle
- Lights installed to illuminate trees in circle
- Berm area at ICWW and lake raised to prevent brackish water entering lake
- A/C covers replaced with lighter material for ease of maintenance..
- Kayak rack with fencing installed
- Metal covered parking replaced with masonry and tile structures
- New roofs installed 2007
- Many additional plantings and trees added to landscaping
- Flag pole added to ID Sign at entrance
- Trash enclosures for bldgs 6 and 12-13 added
- Emergency phone system (6 phones) for fire alarm system replaced with radio controlled alarm system. Relays installed side of bldg 6
- Bldgs 6-12 and 13 built
- Plastic skylights on roof of pool building replaced with treated glass
- Landscape area installed between maintenance bldg and pool deck
- Fence around pool area changed to metal
- Water fountain installed at tennis court
- Additional rip-rap installed adjacent to bldg 9 and dock
- Pool building modifications Windows,ceiling, showers, etc.
- Boat launching area for lake treatment installed
